This policy explains what information is collected through this website, why, and what happens to it. It covers the public marketing website only. Information you share with us once you are a client is governed by your engagement agreement and is handled inside our secure client systems, not here.

Information you give us

If you complete the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and any other details you choose to include, along with your message and preferred contact method. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to set up your engagement.

Please do not submit sensitive information through this website. That includes Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank or account numbers, payroll files, and tax documents. If you send sensitive information anyway, we will ask you to resend it through our secure client portal and will remove it from the enquiry channel.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site may use analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use it — for example which pages are viewed and which links are used. This is used in aggregate to improve the site. Where analytics or session-analysis tools are in use, they are listed here and configured to avoid collecting sensitive form input.

Where client information is involved, we use tools under agreements that do not permit your data to be used to train third-party models, and we keep sensitive information inside systems chosen for that purpose. If you have questions about how AI is used in your engagement, ask us — we will answer directly.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example email, scheduling, analytics, and practice-management systems — and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Records connected to a professional engagement are retained in line with our professional and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests connected to an active engagement may be subject to record-retention requirements.
